MANUSCRIPT COACHING

Feedback and guidance can be helpful at any stage of a book’s development. This is what I offer, in the form of manuscript assessment and developmental editing.

MY BOOK

The Relatively Public Life of Jules Browde is a book I wrote about my grandfather and the difficulties I had completing his biography. It was published by Jonathan Ball in 2016 and longlisted for the 2017 Alan Paton Award.

TESTIMONIALS

Daniel Browde provided me with invaluable editorial support in helping me prepare my manuscript, ‘The Blinded City’ for submission for review. Daniel is a meticulous editor and reader, with both a proof reader’s eye and a consciousness of wider thematic arcs. His approach is sensitive, inspiring and rigorous, and I can highly recommend his work.
